Fence Cleaning
Fences sit in shade, catch irrigation overspray, and rarely get cleaned, which is why they go green and gray years before the rest of the property does.
Vinyl and wood need different handling. Vinyl cleans up bright with a soft wash. Wood needs lower pressure so the grain is not torn open.

Common Questions
That side gets less sun and stays damp longer. Shade plus humidity is what algae needs, so the shaded face grows it first.
It can, but at much lower pressure than concrete. Too much pressure on wood raises the grain and leaves permanent furrows in the boards.
Usually it comes back very close. Vinyl releases organic growth well. Permanent staining and UV fading are separate issues that cleaning does not reverse.
