House Washing
Gulf Coast humidity and salt air are hard on a home's exterior. Mildew, algae, and grime build up on siding and stucco faster here than almost anywhere else, and once it takes hold it spreads across the whole face of the house.
We soft wash instead of blasting. Low pressure and a cleaning solution do the work, so the buildup is removed at the source without forcing water behind siding or stripping paint.

Common Questions
Not the way we do it. House washing is a soft wash, which means low pressure and a cleaning solution. High pressure is what cracks stucco, forces water behind siding, and strips paint, so we do not use it on exteriors.
Most homes here need it once a year. Salt air, humidity, and heavy shade all speed up organic growth, so coastal homes tend to need washing more often than inland homes.
Pressure washing uses force to remove buildup. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution at low pressure to kill and release organic growth. Siding, stucco, and roofs get soft washed. Concrete and pavers get pressure washed.
