Most homes here need it once a year. Salt air, humidity, and heavy shade all speed up organic growth, so coastal homes tend to need washing more often than inland homes.
Pressure washing uses force to remove buildup. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution at low pressure to kill and release organic growth. Siding, stucco, and roofs get soft washed. Concrete and pavers get pressure washed.
